Founder and Creative Director, Reza Kay, brings together strategy, artistry, and intuition to design digital ecosystems that feel as beautiful as they are effective.
I created Kay & Co because I saw so many visionary businesses that had exceptional services and products, but they were completely underrepresented online. From low quality images and videos to inconsistent posting and messages... I knew I could help.
With my background in Interior and Web Design and a combined total of over 10 years of experience, I have helped countless people around the world feel proud of their digital presence.
Darcia, our Social Media Manager, ensures daily engagement, consistency, and behind-the-scenes execution that keeps your brand thriving.
I studied fashion design at Elizabeth Galloway Academy of fashion design, but my heart truly beats for people, understanding what makes them tick is my passion, thanks to my BA in Humanities with a Psychology major. I thrive on turning ideas into reality, inspiring others, and sprinkling a little joy wherever I go. Life, for me, is a canvas and I’m all about painting it with color, laughter, and meaningful connections.
Jade is a graphic designer and high level strategist with a sharp eye for detail and a deeply considered approach to brand building.
She takes the time to understand each brand at its core, identifying what truly matters before defining the most effective path forward. Her work is visually compelling, but never decorative for its own sake. Every design decision is guided by strategy, purpose, and audience connection.
